Internal Information System Homes by Gestilar / Reporting Channel

Homes by Gestilar has an Internal Information System – Whistleblower Channel to which any person, in a work or professional context, can address to report any action or omission that may constitute breaches of European Union Law or constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence. This whistleblowing channel is designed, established and managed in a secure manner, so that the confidentiality of the identity of the person reporting and of any third party mentioned in the report, the actions carried out in the processing of the report, as well as data protection are guaranteed at all times, preventing access to this information to unauthorized personnel, complying with all the requirements established in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
