Depending on the property you are interested in, we inform you that the data controller responsible for processing your data in relation to various processes involving users, customers, potential customers, collaborators and suppliers is the company belonging to HOMES BY GESTILAR that is responsible for marketing the respective property. This document shall thus apply to the Data Controllers listed in Clause 1 of the Legal Notice document referring to the “Purpose”. Each of the entities concerned outlined below will be responsible for processing the data, when applicable.

2. What information do we hold about you, and how do we acquire it?
HOMES BY GESTILAR processes the following types of personal data regarding its customers and suppliers:

All of the aforementioned information was obtained either directly from you when submitting a commercial offer, contractual proposal, etc., or from your company when providing us with identification data and other information required to fulfil the contractual relationship’s purpose. You or your company are responsible for providing us with the updated data if there are any changes to it. Regarding the data of job applicants, we obtained their information either by receiving a CV from them or by receiving their application through the services of a job portal. In the latter case, by submitting your CV to the job portal, you have given your consent for the transfer of your information to our organisation.
3. For how long will we keep your data?
Personal data relating to individuals linked to prospective customers, customers and suppliers that HOMES BY GESTILAR gathers through the various contact and / or information gathering forms will be retained until their deletion is requested by the data subject. The data submitted by our customers and suppliers will be stored for as long as the parties’ business relationship exists, while adhering to the minimum statutory retention periods depending on their character.
In any case, HOMES BY GESTILAR will keep your personal data for the period of time that is reasonably necessary, taking into account our need to respond to issues that may arise or to resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and meet the requirements of applicable law. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or you no longer use this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all HOMES BY GESTILAR systems.
